Possible to output to both "Speakers" & "Digital Output" in Vista?

I'm using the built-in realtek sound on my 680i. In my Vista sound devices I have two output options, Speakers & Digital Out (toslink). Is there any way to output to both of these at the same time? I did this for years with my Audigy under XP.
