Possible to get a phone plan with data (e-mail) + voice for $60 or under?

I have been trying to track down a plan that will allow me to send/receive e-mail (mainly for emergencies dealing with my [very small] business) and give me at least 450 minutes for $60/month or less. The cheapest plan I have found from Verizon is $80. Tmobile does have one for $60, but they have no coverage outside of Milwaukee and Madison.

Am I missing something? Is there a way to get these cheaper?

So I would need to know an employee to get that? I ran a search and it said to use any sprint mail address, but I would think they would have caught on to this by now....

Cingular has data add on (media max) for $20/month for unlimited data. I believe USCC has unlimited data for $10/month in Milwalkee. YOu'll get EVDO in Milwaukee but 1x speeds everywhere else.

If you don't mind paying $500 for an iPhone, and ATT's network is at least ok in your area, I think there entry level plan is $60/month with the iPhone:

EDIT: think some businesses don't allow iPhones because of security concerns. ATT Edge network supposed to be fairly slow, but also has wi-fi receiver, so if you are frequently in wi-fi hotspots, you can probably surf the net, use google maps, etc. pretty well.

Sprint SERO is the way to go. You can grab a Mogul for $288 using it, too, which is one hell of a deal. Screw the iPhone.

VZW's 39.99 plan plus Wireless Sync is only 59.98 + taxes.

SERO is probably your best bet, though.
