A friend is about to take a flight but he may be wanted by the police for a serious crime (depending on if it was reported). Is it possible for him to fly or will he be met at the airport by New York's Finest?

Old thread revived for no reason.

An even more important question: if you give him advice on this topic, does it count as aiding an abetting?

Another ridiculously low quality thread by the OP.

I once got on a plane with no I.D. and no ticket and walked right through security. So it just depends on how white he is.

Risky. Depends if they check documents or not.
Better use busses. Much harder to track.

Fuck it. I didn't think the question was that complicated.

Dari, ATOT...ATOT, Dari.

To answer your question:

As long as he's not on a terrorist watch list he'll probably be able to get on the flight fine.

SOURCE: I had a dream once where I was a lawyer.

Let us know how it goes.

The fact that he 'may' be wanted for a serious crime that he knows about should tell you that 'he' should be the one to report it to the Police. They will tell him if he is safe to travel.

Depends. It happened to a co-worker of mine. We went to Canada for business. He had no problem leaving the country, but on our way back, he had problems in canada when they checked his passport. After a bit of a delay, he was able to board the plane, but as soon as we landed in Las Vegas for our connecting flight, the police were waiting for him.
