Possible to convert a USB port to a Serial Port?

Possible to convert a USB port to a Serial Port? If so, would my Nokia Communicator which has a serial connection, be able to peform properly as a wireless modem in Windows 2000 or Windows XP?

I know there are usb hubs like this one from belkin. There maybe a smaller one if you look around, but I haven't seen any yet.

Yes, there are adapters available.

yes the adapters exist as previously stated.

however, whether or not the adapter will work with the device, is another matter.
