Possible to build a computer ~800Mhz or so with $50-$75?

Small budget.

Get a new vidcard for ~15$ or less from pricewatch or the FS/FT forum, and give them the money back to spend on something else.

A lot of schools here are still on old Powermac 6100's and 100MHz Pentiums with 16MB memory running Win95.
