I am going to overnight my Anti-virus, but does anyone suggest any course of action I should take, other than just letting Spybot fix the problem?

From the screenshot and what I said, I am doing a full system scan tonight while I sleep. I need my PC for my finals next week and I have barely slept in the past four days due to the large amount of homework I was assigned.

Really, any suggestions are welcome

This just now popped up as I was about to create this topic.

Any input on that as well is greatly appreciated.

Also, as far as I know, I have not downloaded anything in the past two weeks and I have not visited any odd sites.

EDIT: I just received another Warning message from Spybot. It is the exact same one as the second screenshot, except this one is "\TrojansC.sbi"
