You should change your memory from PNY to Crucial, you can use AnandTech discount to help the price, get quality memory!
What about video card?

Well looks like the Crucial discount is now dead But still get from them or even Mushkin, just settle for good quality RAM.

As far as vid. card goes, depending on what you do. If it was for my computer I wouldn't do it, but I like playing FPS games mostly.

Go to your local Best Buy, they have a D-link 4 port router for 29.99 after rebates. ($99 - $20 instant off - $30 rebate - $20 rebate)

If you buy it online, you only get 1 rebate plus the instant off, making it 49.99, which is still nice. I don't have a local BB so I went the online route.

what would you recommend for a good card around 100$? I'll probably be playing games like counter-strike and team fortress. v/o isnt necessary either. thanks

Check the Hot Deals forum... there was a deal for a GeForce 3 Ti200 for under 100 bucks, don't know the exact details. But check around over there.
