Possible reasons for Mobo resetting at reboot?

My system has been running flawlessly now for about 1 year. Q9550 oc'ed to 3.4 on an older Asus P35 mobo. Is prime stable for 12 hours. Lately when I reboot or simply turn the computer off and then come back after work, I boot up and I get stuck at the boot up process saying hit F1 to enter setup or F2 to run defaults. When i get into my Bios, all is ok.. all my settings are there... I save and boot up to Windows Vista 64 and rock solid all day. I have tested my RAM over and over with no issues.

Would this be more likely a:
Mobo crapping out - asus P5KE-wifi
Power supply crapping out OCZ 600
Computer case power button getting all screwy Antec 820

Thanks!

Corrupted bios or bad CMOS battery maybe? Replacing the battery and reflashing the bios are cheap and easy troubleshooting steps to start with anyways.
