you should be ok, prevailing winds blow to the east

but if you notice a bright light from the east saturday, you might want to head to south dakota
 
I'm going to be in Vegas this Saturday. Being killed in a nulcear attack would really fvck up my vacation. I hope Expedia gives money back for that sort of stuff.

congress/senate are out of session/on "recess"
so most of them are out of town/back home in their disticts


hmmm.......

does that add or subtract from the validity of the threat? or does it give the conspiracy theorists more ammo? (like, congress knew about this so they decided to not tell the public since they would be safely out of DC anyway)

It's funny, if al-quida ever did that, pretty much every muslim in the world would be killed, wheter they support terrorism or not.
 
You never know.. I'm sure we would all be laughing hysterically if someone posted on Sept 10th 2001 that Al Queda would knock down both towers and that thousands would die.
 
i don't think Bin Laden is dumb enough to set off a nuclear weapon in the United States. that would mean almost certain death for the entire goddamn middle east. and you know what, most americans wouldn't give a flying fsck if we turned the middle east to glass.
