Possible job at Gateway Country Store

I applied for a sales position, full-time, at my local Gateway store. Before you go saying that it might be closing very soon, I could care less, it's only a summer job.

My question is, what will this job entail? Does it involve commission, hourly pay? Do I have to dress nice every day or is there or a specific uniform? I just want to know what I'm getting into. Also, will this entail working weekends? If you know anyone, or you work there yourself, let me know.

Shouldn't you have asked when you turned in the application? These seem like good things to ask during an interview?

Welcome to ATOT. Here if someone thinks you are asking a stupid question, they let you know. The key is that people should not and in most cases do not resort to name calling. I hope you enjoy your stay here. However short it may be.

Well, I for one won't laugh at you since I applied for a tech position there today. :( Looking for ANYTHING to hold me over until a real job comes alone.

Anyway, the last time I was in one of their stores they wore Gateway logoed polo type shirts and Docker type pants.

I hate resorting to it, but I am just frustrated since this is an off topic forum, but everyone is a jerk. No offense to you, since you were kind-mannered about it.

Welcome to ATOT. That said, if you can't take the heat here than find a forum that fits your psychological profile and sensitivities.
