This week RiteAid has Duracell Batteries at 8.99 less 5.00 MIR for a 12 pack of AA

K mart has Duracell?s at buy 2 get 1 free (Ad only says 8 Pack).

Any deal engineering possible here?

It might be possible to combine both of these somehow? If K Mart has the same deal on 12 packs then buy
2 there and get 1 free then buy three packs at RiteAid just to get the receipt and coupon. Get a copy of
the receipt to mail in and just return the three packs to RiteAid. Then you should be able to get $15.00 back in
a MIR. So for the price of 2 12 packs from Kmart you get 36 batteries and $15.00 back.

Think of the possiblities and also the ethics.

If you are talking about rite aid's one check rebates then you might rethink that buy then return strategy. I believe every purchase ends up in the database as you can get you rebate online just by putting in register id and receipt number. As for Kmart if they still have the b2g1 offer then the best deal is to get batteries there with a ten dollar coupon at some locations. See info from this link here:
