Regardless of him having 100+ heat, an agree to cross-ship is an agreement nonetheless.
He broke the agreement.
If he wasn't comfortable shipping first, he shouldn't have done the deal.
As I always say... a neutral is NOT BAD. It's not good, but it's surely not a mark of shame like a negative is.
I wouldn't buy the "drives were missed by USPS" bullcrap, either. It's amazing how many times things get "lost" or "stolen" or "sent back" when you don't have an excuse for shipping late.... HMMMM.
I once had a guy that agreed to cross ship an item to me... sent me my item in the exact same box I sent his to him in, flipped inside out. I could even see my handwriting on the inside of the box. I should have left a neutral, but it wasn't a big deal because I wasn't in a rush to get the item.
