Posible to convert a extendet logical partition into a primary?

I have had a dual boot win 98 and w2k,
c: -> 98
d: -> 2000

Now somehow I got a virus and was so frustrated and nothing worked that I simply formated c: (primary active)

Now I don't really want to reformat d: because of time and setups...

Now the question is how do I get this d: to be primary and active?

Is there any program you know of?
