Which they should as most boxes will list the serial number of the TV inside....
 
Bah, 90 day return policy, bring it back to wal-mart, worse that will happen is you get your money back if you still have a receipt, if not, store credit.
 
Returned it without a problem, had my reciept, remote, manuals, boxe, etc all with the tv. It was kinda annoying that I had to explain it to 3 different peopl 5 times what was wrong with the tv. The CSR finally went through and listed the problem as "Turns automatically turns off" 😕

90 days labor, wtf?

EDIT: waita minute, it hasnt even been 2 months yet since I bought it, my counting was off. Kept thinking a month was 60 days 😱

I should lay off the alcohol for a while

Almost all TV's are 90 days labor now... even top name brand stuff like Sony Panasonic Toshiba etc... are 90 days labor on most of their tube TV's.
