Poke around in the display settings (control panel, display settings, settings tab, then advanced) and see if there are any settings there. Been a while since I've had an ATI card in my machine, hope that helps.

Go to registry hkey local machine, software, ati technologies, desktop, click on the string of long numbers. Then look for rotation and change value
from 0 to 1. Then a rotation tab will be available in your advanced display properties.

(in case you didn't know) this would be in regedit (start, run, type regedit)

right click select modify and should look like 0000 01 00 00 00 like the other values with a 1 in them instead of all 0's
