Just got the PC version from Best Buy for 34.99 as a store pick-up - plus a $10 gift card to be mailed within a few days....

Sweet!

Amost bit on the Best Buy deal, but the $20 credit offer from Amazon will be more useful to me than a $10 card for Best Buy. Also, (not sure if it is due to my Prime account), I get free release date delivery. Saves time and gas.

Best Buy is also offering a $10 reward zone certificate if you pre-order Portal 2. I logged in to my Reward Zone account - there is a link there to click through to get the reward zone offer. So $37.70 with tax - $10 gift card - $10 reward zone certificate (when it finally shows up after 30 days or so).

I very rarely shop at Best Buy but I figure that $20 can be put towards another upcoming PC release that I want.

Sweet! I did not see that. Since I used my reward zone card when I ordered it, I should get the $10 RZ certificate as well.

I am pretty sure you do not have to go through the site because it just says as long as you pre order it, you get the 500 points. The link also brings you to the regular preorder webpage.

Even if it's not RZ, I when I pre-ordered, they are going to send me a $10 gift card.

I still got the $10 gift card, but with the RZ, you ALSO get $10 in reward certificates. So it is $45 for xbox/ps3 - $10 GC - $10 rz = $25!

What was retarded was, is that I could sign into the RZ site for BB, but when I try to add my RZ Member ID# to when I sign in to buy something online, it won't let me and says it's not valid. So I got screwed over...

That is because you didn't read. If you had only a 9 digit account you have to add a 0 in front of it.

I had no problems. I have had a best buy account for years and finally made a rewards account yesterday (was 9 digits) and manually linked it to my best buy account in the my account section.

You can still get the rewards by manually adding receipt information to the rewards zone from what I read on the rewards zone site.

So yeah, I even made a brand new account and I can't even add the order number to the Rewards site and it says it doesn't exist when I have the print off right in front of me of when I printed it out. What the hell....

I can't find this on reward zone. How do i work this so I get the $10 RZ certificate?

It is right on the best buy website when you search for Portal 2. Have a look at the screenshot I took.

All sorts of dead. Still $5 off though.

Oh well, I managed to find it on Amazon for $35 (PC version). Still said it was pre-order as of 1:52AM EST. Doubt this will go much longer.
