Thanks. Yay Amazon.

Although, I don't even want the box or CDs. It's stupid that the digital download is $20 more than the boxed version shipped to my door. If the download was $30 I would have bought that instead.

So it was yesterday's Deal of the Day but the price didn't go up this morning. Also, sometime in the middle of the day yesterday they added the PS3 version (it was showing up as $52 when I first posted) so ye PS3 owners can get it that way.

Heck, you PC guys should get the PS3 version, it comes with a Steam DL code for your PC and the PS3 version, use the PC code and sell the PS3 disc.

sweet, i was waiting for 30 before i bought it. Thanks OP!!! i normally wait till around 25 for games but since i loved the first one so much i decided it was worth it.

Of course, right now there is a difference between owning a copy of Portal on the PS3 and actually being able to play Portal on the PS3....

Oh, and in for one (pc version).

I agree, but I'm waiting for a real sale for this fine game like maybe below 20 before making the jump. I love the first one and heard the second is even better!

I jumped on the PS3 version for $35 shipped from Amazon, which means I got the PC version as well for that $35. Can't go wrong with this one.

Except you won't be able to play either until PSN is back up. :\ I did the same and am waiting, waiting, waiting.

You need to log in to PSN first to activate your game, so you have to wait for PSN to come up... and it's been down since the day after Portal 2 was released. And of course if you don't even have a PS3 you'll have to ask somebody who does very nicely to log you into steam from their system.

Also I will say that Gamestop gave me $23 for the game + $5 extra trade in for a preorder I did. I also got $20 Amazon credit when I initially preordered it there. That means I ended up getting the PC version for very cheap 😀
