From my previous threads you can see I'm building a small-ish entertainment center/home theatre. One of the things I want to be able to do it play PC games on my new TV from the confort of my living room recliner. Or maybe I'll get on of those small, game-playing chairs that I can drag up to the TV.

Since the wall to my office when my PC resides is right next to my LR, I've already drilled a 2" hole near the floor where I can snakes cables, etc. I'm planning on getting a decent wireless KB/mouse combo for this, but I have these needs:

1) Is there a 'reverse' KVM switch? Instead of having 1 KB and Mouse control 2 PCs, I need to switch the control of a single PC with a choice of 2 differernt KB/mouse options. In theory, I guess I could just get a really good wireless combo and use it in both places, moving it as needed, but Living Room use vs Office use could lead to lots of battery-changing/charging. Not to mention, I'd probably have to move the receiver station though the hole in the wall each time I change locations.

2) Now that I'm sitting in my nice, comfy recliner where am I supposed to put my KB and mouse? I'm thinking a need a nice, portably tray. One that is adjustable, tiltable, swivelable, and folds away when not in use. Has anyone seen one of these for a decent price? Where would I even look? I've seen this, but theya re asking ~$300.

There's a commercial that comes on TV occasionally advertising an adjustable tray. I think it has height adjustment, tilt, and it folds up so you can store it in an out-of-sight place. If I see the commercial again I'll post the name of it here.

Hey, a quick Google search found it.

Fvckin' A! Thanks a lot!

I remember seeing this thing as well, now. This would probably be even better because:

a) It's much cheaper
b) It slides in from the front, as opposed to from the side
c) It's much cheaper
