Can this be done? I plan on setting up a home network in my house between a few computers. I want to setup one computer as a gateway/firewall/file server, and it was going to run Windows XP Pro. I will be using ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) to share the connection. This computer will have two ethernets, one for incoming, and the other for going to a switch, which then will go to my computers. How can I tell Windows XP Pro to forward the ports needed for multiplayer online gaming, such as all of the Quake 3 based games? All of the client computers will be running Windows XP Pro. Also, what would be a good firewall to use for the host computer? By the way, They will connect by using a cable modem.

FWIR, Win2k Adv Server is the only OS that supports portmapping with ICS/NAT implemenation through RRAS.
