meh. It's a standard supercar/exotic design with Porsche headlights.

Only thing innovative about the design is the interior.

Its an awesome car, but doesn't excite me the way the F355 did or the 993 did.

Wait, this is just coming out now? I had that first pic in the gallery as my desktop about 2 years ago! I thought this car had been out for a while.
Since I didn't actually try and buy it, I guess I wouldn't know!

not as exciting as a F355 or 993? Check your pulse, you're on life support!

meh..its my opinion.

Think about it, how much money is being spent in R&D for this car? How much is the entrance cost? Would you expect anything less at its sales price? Obviously not.

To be quite honest, most of the new supercars coming out don't really interest me much. Sure they are awesome cars and worth their price tag, but they all "generic" as far as supercars go.

There's nothing that says "HOLY CRAP..HOW DID THEY DO THAT?"...which is what occured to me when I laid eyes of the McLaren F1.

The McLaren F1 also costs 2x as much as this new breed of supercars (Carrera GT, Murcielago, Enzo, SLR). Of the four, the only one I'm not really impressed with is the SLR b/c of the slushbox and the Murcielago b/c it looks like a bloated cockroach.

Isn't the F1 the same price as a Carrerra GT (I mean the brand new price, not the market price right now).

Also in terms of design, the Carerra GT looks bland. Traditional Porsche front end on a wider chassis. The only interesting part is the rear end (which does look neat).

I think the Murc looks a whole lot better. Sure it looks likea cockroach, but its a FAST cockroache! :D

When the McLaren F1 was introduced, it was around $900,000. I don't think you could get a new one today for less than $1.3 million or so.

The Carrera GT is ~$350,000
