Actually, from what I've read, every single GT destined for America for the next few years (entire production run) is spoken for.

Most likely that dealer has an agreement with the owner to keep the car on the lot to attract customers.

Better this than that damn fugly Cayenne

LOL, Captain Obvious to the rescue! 😉 I was thinking exactly the same thing. In the ugly fight, the Cayenne still reigns.

Oh, oh the Porsche fanatics have another car to have a cow about. To get an idea of what I am writing about, do a search for Cayenne on any automotive forum. They took that car to be a personal offense.

That's because Porsche used to be a sportscar only company. They hold the record for most wins in the 24 Hours of LeMans. A Cayenne doesn't exactly look like something inspired by that race. 😕

But if it sells, then it sells. 🙂

So one dealership is statistically significant? And how much research have you put into how the other models are moving? And I'm sure that it couldn't possibly be that the dealership is keeping the Carrera GT there as a way to get people into the showroom (much the same way Chevy dealerships often have a Corvette in the showroom) in the hopes that they will buy another model.

In summation, you're an idiot.

There's no way that GT is not spoken for. Around these parts, the dealers have an arrangement where if one dealer doesn't have a car and another one does, they are required to give it up to the other dealer.
