Just saw this on MSNBC, Porn Star Stormy Daniels is runnig for a US Senate seat in 2010...

Obviously the reporters are making this out to be just a PR stunt, but lets assume that she is doing this for real...

Does she even have a chance, or will conservative america shun the porn star?
Also keep in mind that, opponent rebublican David Vitter has had his share of troubles with the "D.C. Madam's list" which his name and telephone number was on.

Let's see. Louisiana has a population of about 4.4 million. If 60 percent vote, and half are men that's 1 million male voters. Let's say 5 percent are gay. That leaves about 950,000 bj's.
Of course you have to take into account the 5 percent of female voters who are gay.
Either way, Stormy is going to be on her knees for quite some time if she wants to win.

Why limit it to just repubs? I think it's pretty safe to say any criticism over her sexual history, from either party, would be hypocritical. :laugh:

 
Does she have a chance? Are you serious? When the likes of GWB and Sarah Palin receive the support they did, it means ANYONE has a chance.
 
I would vote for Stormy who is at least honest, beats a hypocrite like Vitters, with his own sex scandal, every time. At least Stormy is going to call into question ole Vitters family values, every time they have to share a stage, just by her mere presence. If nothing else, the comic value is priceless.

I voted for her...I figured that it'd be a much better fucking than we were gonna get from Ah-nold Schwartzenactor...and I think time has proven me right.

(but I also voted AGAINST the recall of Gray Davis. He was scapegoatted over the Enron rolling blackouts)

I got to meet her (albeit at a strip club) - she signed a DVD of Space Nuts for me 😛 She is a shrewd business woman. She doesn't talk like some dumb blond. She knows how to get what she wants. She delivers what she offers.

She might make too good a senator in other words.
