I have some thin pork slices that I've been wanting to put into a green curry. I've been lazy, though, and haven't gotten around to doing it, yet. The Sell-by-date is 7/9--2 days ago. On one hand, food packagers often overcompensate on these dates. On the other hand, it's freaking pork (not a meat I cook with often).
So, ATOT, should I eat it? Will it make me sick? Will it turn me ghey?
