Watched Dogma though and I swear I got dumber.

Yeah, but Dogma was way funnier than Clerks II. Definitely dumber, though.

Clerks 2 sucked. Way to turn a great movie name which was Clerks 1 and wuss it into a love story as Clerks 2.

yah, but there were some really classic lines in it, such as the one in the OP.

Hah, I got banned (or warned) on ATOT for calling someone a porch monkey when I had no idea what it meant. So when I heard this part of Clerks II it really hit home.

Yeah, oddly enough I had never heard of it until I saw the movie. I guess living in a town that has very little obvious racism kind of sheltered me a little bit, until about the time I saw Clerks II, which was at a point in my life that the little things were becoming more apparent.
But what WAS kind of funny is before there was any kind of chance to explain what porch-monkey meant, as soon as the word was said I knew exactly what they meant, even without having heard it before. 😛
Saw that behavior a lot in my hometown driving through the more ghetto areas. Still don't understand it... what's so fun about the porch... for the entire day?
😉

That's fine cause Rosario Dawson is hot.
