Popup ads

Anyone else getting them? The ones with a white background and with the option to "Skip". They were annoying until I realised they were an actual feature and not me mis-clicking out of AT. Pressing skip was simple enough. Just want to see if anyone else got this?

So is this a popup ad (new tab/window) or a clickthrough ad (same tab/window)? I suppose I'll file a complaint about it either way, but it would be helpful to clarify this point first.

The marketing people have been informed and are having the ad pulled. Excellent work on isolating the ad like that, Nox.🙂

Just got a floating ad -- "CSO" box slid over the forum topics (didn't grab the link, but i'll do that if I see it again) 🙂

Just got got one of those ads, not a pop up, kinda like a floater (but not really) it just zoomed out of the ad and took over part of my screen - a larger ad for the Motorola H17txt, which was the banner ad at the top.

Just got the Motorola one.

I came here to say something about that one too. It's huge! ^_^

I can't get it to come up. You guys need to capture the source of the ad.

How do we capture the source of the ad? Looking at the page source, it seems somewhat obfuscated.

You would need to use some additional tools. AdBlock Pro on Firefox and the Developer Tools on IE8 make it pretty easy to isolate the ad and figure out where it's coming from.
