Popular Power Closes Its Doors

Some of you may have remembered me trying to recruit members to join the Popular Power DC project a while back. I regret to inform you that due to a lack of funding they have been forced to shut down. For the time being they are continuing their non-profit Influenza Project but there is not garauntee <sp?> on how long they can continue this effort. The Influenza Project has been very successful and its sponsor's are very pleased with the results. For more information, click over to Popular Power.

Regards,
Rob

That is really to bad it is a good project, if I had not committed to RC5 several years ago I would have been there.
Bleep

I know there business model was to go after paying clients, but it's too bad someone couldn't write a core for the distributed.net client and continue the non-profit work with a group that already has the infrastructure in place
