These make GREAT WAP's too. Just disable DHCP, plug your CAT5 into the first port, and you're good to go. I might pickup another one just to bump up my wireless coverage

i think this router is version 2. from what i've read at amazon reviews and at fw, version 2 is much worse than version 1... mainly due to the antenna. Many have complained but it the cause may be "user error" and problems might have been alleviated by firmware updates. who knows.

thoughts?

I have version 1 of this router and it locks up using Internet Intensive applications such as Bittorrent. Many have complained of this issue. UPnP doesn't correctly work and the firmware upgrades do not fix either of these problems.

Other than that the router is good and I get pretty good range with it.

This is a pretty good wireless router. I have one in my apartment and I can't complain.
