I've been getting this:

When clicking on it the links takes me to a google search page. Have had them for HP too.

Well this is the same as with any other pop-up: if you get it, please break out the development tools (IE: Built-in, FF: Firebug) and help us track down the source of the ad. These stupid things are so finely targeted that it's almost impossible to find them.:|
