Is there any app that will let me view my pop email acoounts (that came with my host) online though a browser? this has to be free and reliable. Something like Hotmail would be good (the layout) i would like this so i dont have to keep using outlook / firebird and so i can check them in college and i dont have to download firebird and set it up.

Any help would be good

Use Hotmail's interface to download your email. There's an option for you to retrieve external emails thru POP3.
 
Could do, BUT i would rather have something hosted on my server. Because my hotmail account gets full quickly and with the emails to this account as well it would get full VERY quickly.
 
whats your sever running I have several set ups of fetchmail, qmail and squirrelMail that do just that and work very nicely.

The server has PHP installed and is running Apache it also has mySQL as well.

If you have PHP, I would recommend SquirrelMail. Pretty powerful and lots of add-ons and plugins are available for it. Very easy to set up as well.
