Pop 3 Email Notification

Is there any free Pop3 email notification program? It's for my grandmother. She wants a program that will automatically check her Pop3 account, and notify her if there is any new mail.
 
What do you mean "notify her"? Interrupt her while she's in the middle of bingo or something? 😉

Outlook express can be set to play a sound (the default sound can be modified too), and she might here it. Or you could look for a program that sends her an email when she has new mail. 😉 Trillian will check pop3's I believe too.
