Just to add, there is nothing wrong with your RAID array Tran, it is running just as it should be. Your HD Tach scores are right in line where they should be. Ignore Sandra, it's a junk HD benchmark. As for the downward spikes in HD Tach, you're probably booting off your RAID array, which explains the spikes. Don't worry about them, they should be there. As for the CPU test, check to make sure there is nothing running in the background, otherwise, don't worrk about it, if you don't notice system slow down, it's nothing to be concerned about.

If the array is your boot drives, than you will not be able to get rid of the spikes. The spikes are caused by the OS or some other application reading or writing to the disk. There is nothing wrong with your disk if you see those spikes.
