Roaming cats can cause issues, I've seen many a cars paint scratched by roaming cats that like to sit on high on top of a car. At least this is more humane than shooting, really I just wish people would take their pet more seriously than the usual crap line like "he's an outdoor cat"..

They're crapping in my vegetable garden... next to the vegetables I eat.

If it was just one cat and it was my next door neighbor's I might be okay with it. Multiple cats (with collars) from who knows where crapping in my yard - not acceptable.

No, it doesn't, cat eat meat and their feces is not " great fertilizer" just like dogshit isn't great fertilizer either. If the animal is a herbivore like cow's sheep, ect then it's great fertilizer.

Unless we are talking about 20 foot glass fence panels then you will not stop a cat getting out of a back yard. Also if it was that enclosed how did someone get in to shoot him.

Makes me sick that someone could be fucked up enough to kill someones pet but I also agree that people should be responsible for their pets, especially when they are carnivorous hunters.
