Poor guy at work

So Monday morning first thing this guy comes up and is like you have got to see this pic! He pulled out his cell phone and it is some guy from work on the toilet at work. Someone stuck their phone over the top and snapped the pic. That person then fowarded the pic and it spread like wildfire. Almost everyone at work has the pic now. Man I would be pissed!

lol wtf, sucks. if the victim is a hoot and is that oddman who jokes about toilet humor, then it should be ok no?

Man the guy on the crapper is going to WRECK your company in court. If it's under 15 or 20 million dollars a year, I'd start looking for a new job right now. I'd also slash the guy's tires who took the picture for exposing the whole company to such a massive liability and threatening your livelihood.

Managers are even in on it fowarding the pic. And I don't have the pic or have not sent it.

does t he guy who's picture was taken know about it? he has a great lawsuit against the company

Especially with the managers forwarding it, I would start acting like you never even witnessed the picture.

unless the guy is a real good sport about it, expect some major trouble like everyone else said. even if he is a good sport and HR finds otu about it, it could still be trouble.

Dont say anything, unless he gets pissed.

Hell no. This is a time for the OP to cover his own ass. He needs to report the guy who took the picture to HR and let HR execute whatever policies it has for dealing with sexual harassment. Even with a zero tolerance policy, the company has been exposed to a major liability here and unless the OP wants to perpetuate it, he HAS to report it.

i dunno. i think humiliation like that calls for a lawsuit. Maybe not for millions, but enough to teach the managers a lesson

So are you saying that even if the victim and the cameraman are okay with it HR can still make trouble? I think you're misunderstanding the real conflict here...

yeap i agree.

this is going to blow up when HR finds out. I would rather be on the HR side then the side that is going to get fired.

only thing that could make this worse is if it was a female!

hostile work environment, sexual harrasment, $$$$$$$$$$$$$. I know I would'nt want to go back to work there after that. I think your opportunities for advancement at a company end when you become that guy on the toilet.

The victim totally has the upper hand here. I think it will blow up when HE finds out about it, if he hasn't already.

company ruined by iron clad lawsuit > a half dozen or more firings

Fvck, I'd be the first guy in line to report it. I wouldn't want to leave a shred of doubt that I didn't approve or participate in this.

And in doing so, you don't have to be a rat. Just mention it to HR as an FYI like "Dunno who started it, but this is what's going on..."
