my daughter did that on *my* toilet instead of her kiddy one

i would have rather changed a diaper, keep an eye on them.
 
congrats on that. mine initially refused to go so i switched from diapers to super thick cloth underwear and absorbant pants. That did the trick for me. The problem was the diapers were too good and she didnt feel any wetness. Once I switched and let her run around with wet clothes, she changed her mind really quick.

Mine's still getting a kick out of watching Daddy go (we're trying that approach so that he understands a bit more), but he's not much interested in doing it himself..yet. I'm definitely ready to get out of the diaper stage (he's 2 and a half).
