i think someone answered that here before actually. it's because dogs don't chew on bones like they used to. the whiteness of the poop came from the calcium in the bones they gnawed on.

Couldnt tell the size but I'm pretty sure thats duck or some other water fowl. Get duck poop just like that in my backyard a lot.

And yes, duck turds are larger than you would think. I knew for sure when they crapped on my roof when a pair was hanging out up there for a while last spring

I picked up a motion activated camera, hoping to catch a picture but so far it's only caught a cat, a squirrel, and a few doe.
