Pontiac Trans Am returns for 2010, sort of

It isn't going into production. 🙁

Well I'm not all that surprised. I'd rather just build a new old car, get a new chassis of porsche integrity and build the things with IRS, everything I'd need to smoke a Z06 while looking awesome. 😀

I was thinking the same thing, but I was afraid to mention it.

The side view especially. Something about the flared wheel wells and the overall profile of the car REALLY remind me of the latest 'stangs.

Probably because the latest stangs are very retro, but they're retro in a sort of shit way.

The 2010 is beautiful though. They need to put in a six speed though for fucks sake.

That's what I was going to say as well.

I don't like it personally. Bye bye Pontiac, and you got it right when you deserved it most.

I always thought the Trans Am was much better looking than most muscle cars, but that thing would be about 5 notches below any current muscle car available.

They should just go down in flames, a very limited version with a phoenix on the hood just like the 80's. Go out with some class Pontiac.
