As for my review:

I use to own a set of Cambridge Soundworks FPS2000s (digitals). They were very good indeed, until a friend of mine mentioned Klipsch. I knew I wanted to upgrade. With 250 dollars hanging in my pocket and wandering through F/S forums trying to find Klipsch speakers for sale....no luck. I came across a site that boasted about Logitech's new speakers...I thought to myself "HA! Logitech making speakers, that's the day pigs will fly" (yea...there's paper pigs flying in my room right now) I ordered the Z560s from a nearby vendor by the name of Sparco (sparco.com) they shipped the unit within 2 business days, since it was based in LA. I got it hooked up instantly after work and wow, it was just pure heaven to my ears. The bass rumbled my foot, body, mind...the cleanliness of the sounds around me. The highs were good enough so that DVDs could be heard with high clarity. The mids were okay...could be better though. The lows...what more can i say...beats the crap out of Klipsch for sure!

The speakers itself are versatile. The wires are not proprietary like Klipsch are...with their miniplugs. The logitechs have the standard speaker wires so that you can go buy longer lengths for those home theater setups. They are truly awesome...and IMHO, they are worth more than what most people paid in the Hot Deals for them. I paid approximately $170 for them shipped to my house and I am enjoying every bit of it. The price is outrageously low for such an outstanding product! 9.5/10 for me (.5 off for having the SoundControl Center being so flimsy, das the only flaw :))

Update: I got it fixed, too close to the surge protector under the desk.. Thanks.. Klipsh who?

tommigsr... Hey I recieved mine too, they are awsome indeed. But I have a prob with them already, does your sub/amp emit a buzzing sound? mine does with no volume, nothing else on. I read that they had a fix for the retail versions to eliminate buzzing by moving some wiring in the sub assembley, guess these were not fixed, at least mine anyway. so I am trying to find out if anyone else is having this prob before I RMA them.. Thanks. :D

Yeah well, now I got the humming sub problem again, everybody put your ear up to your sub with the volume all the way down and report back please.. I expect a little buzzing from the amp, but I don't think it should be this loud

Yeah well I hope none of you guys have to RMA these speakers cause Dell Sucks!, I called for an RMA because of the buzzing being emitted from the sub. Dell told me that they probally are not going to stock these speakers anymore and they would credit my account or send me a comparable set. I said there is no comparable set except for Klipsh, and I don't think Dell even sells them. So this sucks, I should have bought the Klipsh in the first place. Also I will never buy jack from Dell again, guess I can wait till after 30 days and RMA them to logitech, only choice I have I guess.

<< Also I will never buy jack from Dell again >>

Dell's customer service is some of the worst that I've ever dealt with.
