To be quite honest, the nV25 is what the nV30 should have been. Im quite impressed with what nVidia has been able to do with it.
The "UltraShadow" feature is interesting, as a few of the latest and yet to be released games, uses shadows quite heavily, so that`ll give the nV35 a bit of an edge over other cards.
BUT, i`d still go for the 9800 given the choice.
Theres more to video cards than 3d performance, such as image quality, dvd performance, flexibility, ect; and the 9800 offers all these, i still dont think that nVidia are anywhere near the image quality that both ATI & Matrox offer.
I feel that the time of nVidia dominating the 3d market is coming to a end, and that ATi will now dominate it for a few years, as nVidia has.
At the moment, and the forseeable future, ATI has a more complete product line, able to cater for all price ranges, all with respectable performances. nVidia on the other hand, has released the 5200 & 5600, which can`t hold a candle to ATIs competing products.
