i've always seemed to gravitate towards rocket launchers. i did well with rail guns and shotguns, but there's something about a long distance rocket kill that's just so... satisfying 😉

but pistols in goldeneye or perfect dark are badass when you have two of them and just cap some poor bastard in a couple of seconds, before he has time to react to what's happening to him...

hehe, one of my better moves back in the day in quake, was jumping on top of you while hailing you with rockets from above. quite deadly =)

Ditto. Q2 Orange Smoothie mod where there was a grappling hook and runes. Railgun + Strength rune = unstoppable. I liked to go after the campers from long range....

 
I love to kill without zoom using the sniper rifles at any range, but I suck at instagib. It's a mental thing, but I just can't do it.
 
Q1 - Rocket Launcher
Q3 - Rocket Launcher/Rail Gun(low ping)

In games like Counter Strike I really like sniper rifles and automatic rifles.
 
I love shotguns, sniper rifles, and that type of weapon... grenades can be fun, and automatics are pretty decent as well.
 
I have 3 favorite weapons, M82A1 Barrett, UMP 45 and the M4. It all depends on the situation. In Rogue Spear, I carry the Barrett and the UMP 45 SD and switch when needed.
 
I'm the spray-and-pray type of person. As my name implies, I'm veeery religious (
rolleye.gif
) so no other style of gameplay would suffice.

As long as there is some sort of range and it is extremely accurate at high-rates of fire, I don't care what it is. There are some pistols in some games that are incredibly accurate, can be fired very quickly, but low damage. It won't matter, though. If I'm close enough to you that you can actually see me when you get shot, I'm going for a headshot. Otherwise I go for body shots.
 
in CS, my fav gun has been M3 pump shottie, I get more kills with Colt and AK, but pump is most satisfying.

Hmmm, on single player FPS, i liked sniper guns (i.e. UT2 etc. etc.)
 
Sniper rifles!

Then powerful burst weapons (CS AK47).

Then accurate and fast weapons with low/medium damage (think CS mp5).

 
Whatever weapon is loud, does tons of damage and has cool special effects. I'm partial to shotguns, especially the Quake II shotgun. Just the sound of it in the game is great. Add in the recoil effect and perfection.
