POLL: Would You Return A CD Based On This?

I purchased two copies of the same CD from Amazon.Com recently, one for me, and one as a gift for a friend. They showed up yesterday. One was in the standard plastic wrap with the pull tab on it like CDs come in, and had the sticker that comes on the case indicating it has not been opened. The other had no sticker on it, and was shrinkwrapped. I don't know if they re-wrap returns, or if people can even return opened CDs to them. I'm tempted to exchange it just on principle. Would you exchange it?

I once returned a CD and the new one I received did not have shrinkwrapping. Yes, I would return it if it bother you that much.

if it works, I wouldn't worry about it. (no scratches either)

the process of returning and getting a new one is a too much of a PITA otherwise

Why not just open the shrink-wrapped one, and if there is any damage to it, I am sure amazon will have no problem exchanging it.
