1000 bucks goes along way in college. (well what ever the distance is from your room to the busar's office anyways). I'd rat them out in a second. I probably would rat out a friend, as long as no one got hurt or anything its just a sick prank :-/. Although on the same note, I which my school would catch the guy that has tried to burn down my res-hall 4 times this semester.
