If he can make you more money than someone that hasn't been in prison, HELL YES. Of course, if your company has policies against hiring convicted Felons, then it's out of the question.

That is a well written ad! Sounds like he was successful until he got caught. I am not sure if I would hire him, but it sounds hard not too.

Man, that is one of the most impressive resume I'v ever seen...., you gotta say the guy is talented to get the whole business going and he got many impressive personal skills as well.

I am not surprised at all that he got tons of job offer. The guy is certainly an extremely smart guy, if he used his intelligence the right way he can easy be in a executive position in a smaller company.

Apparently this guy was not only a model prisoner during his sentence but he actually went out of his way to do a lot of volunteer talks about the perils of drugs. Kind of makes me start to believe in the rehabilitation process that Corrections Canada has for all of these types of prisoners.

He's smart. I'd probably put him into a sales job and let him stay there for a while to ensure I could trust him before moving him up the corporate ladder.

EDIT: I guess I got the place of imprisonment mixed up. He was in jail down south.

well he used the word "highly" right afterwards, and hire and higher are homonyms.

not that there's anything wrong with that... ;)
