They had a celebrity fearfactor this time. The celebrities played it for charity. Anyway, Allison (Days of our lives) lost the second round. Since it is for charity, the host said that she can proceed to the final round if she ate a cockroach or three worms and if she really did that, he would eat a cockroach too. Allison ate three worms and the host ate one hissing cockroach.

It depends. Aren't house roaches breading grounds for disease? If it was a "wild" hissing cockroach or something, I'd do it for a $100.
