I know that many of us our subscribers and already pay to use the service, but I am curious to see how many people would be willing to donate a few dollars just to help out Zuni and AT.

I'm a subscriber and voted no because I have no money now, but also I'm interested in the level of need for $$ and for what, and before I try to speculate maybe you could give some more info into why your asking, if there's a reason in particular.

No reason. Just wondering how many people would donate money to help better the forums and what not.
 
hmm i think this is why the place is boobytrapped with ads and has subscriptions... i dont feel like payin for something i can get for free 🙂
 
The internet was designed for the free distribution of ideas. I am willing to put up with advertising in order to participate in a free internet. I won't subscribe or donate to any site.

For every person who subscribes to a web site it brings us closer to a "pay per view" internet. Pretty soon, every site you visit is going to deduct 5 cents for every link you click on.

Isn't it bad enough, already, that most of us pay $50/month for DSL/cable access?
