I think so, he would've made the evil come through better than Hayden.

Not to mention that he's 10 times the actor Hayden is 😀

Although, did anyone notice that Hayden was ripped for Episode III? :shocked: Dude's been doing some heavy training!
 
Well.....it's common knowledge that lucas isn't a very good actor picker. I think he got lucky with Harrison Ford, and Ewan McGregor is a fine actor, and *maybe* mark hammill too, but aside from that, star wars actings seems kind of sub-par.

EDIT: oh, and as much as I like Sammy L. Jackson in some of his other movies (Pulp Fiction being one of my favs) I don't think he was good in the role of Mace Windu.
