Poll: Winamp or Sonique?

I use winamp also, but some of my friends said that sonique is much better. Therefore I thought that I would post it here to find out what you guys thought.
 
winamp only because ive never used sonique....i should try it sometime but i like sticking with what works.
 
Used to use Sonique, but there's one thing that made me go back: the playlist handling.
I have ~1200 MP3's, and Sonique's playlist function just cant handle it very well, its too slow, and the quick select doesnt work as smoothly as Winamp's does.
Sonique has better sound though.

Since I changed from a SBLive! to a Sonic Fury(Same as TB Santa Cruz) I've been using Jet-Audio that came with the Fury, very good sound quality and the quick select function is sufficent.
 
Winamp. Sonique looks like a graphics demo. The interface is too Eastern Europian techno-trashie.
 
winamp with the MAD decoder. youve just gotta hear it for yourself. if you have lame speakers, or an especially lame soundcard, you may not notice much improvement... MAD

 
i switched to sonique because it could convert mp3 to mp3 <-- something that winamp at the time couldn't do.

i switched back to winamp solely because of playlist handling

i love the interface of sonique much better though.

winamp is faster thought and does take up less resources. when winamp did mp3 to mp3 encoding, it was all good.
 
I'm a Soniqe fan. i've used it ever since I got into mp3's.

I'll ge tthe first to say that Sonique's interface may not be as &quot;simple&quot; as Winamps, ibut i prefer the sound quality, plug-in features, and overall display of Sonique over Winamp.
The Sonique media icons are pretty neat too 🙂

ehhh, sonique!

i like the interface better..... its more appealing to me than winamp's. i guess. sort of...... tho, imho, sonique sounds a tad better.
