This was commedian and sort-of presidential candidate Dick Gregory's line, circa 1968. Probably not exact, but his line was "the first thing I will do as President is paint the White House black".

Race relations and civil rights were vastly different from today in 1968 (in the U.S. at least.)

If he does get elected, I'd bet that Al Sharpton makes the comment "Now we're gonna paint the White House, black!" (or similar) within the first 3 hours of the election result announcement.

And he'll make it on national TV. And nobody will hold him responsible for jack shit. Just as has happened during his entire miserable little "fight the power!' career.

Don't get me started on BET either.

I would hardly consider the home of the leaders of the most powerful nation in history "cracker ass crackers." Lots of other names, maybe. But not crackers. I don't think the builders of the White House named it such b/c of racism.

I'll be waiting for the inevitable Jesse Jackson and his lackey, Sharpton's TV appearances.

I've been puzzled by their lack of involvement in this election. I know they've got to be concerned that if Obama wins, they're out of a job.
