Picking up a Wii to go with my 360. The PS3 games that I played at E3 left me unimpressed.

My roommate is going to pick up a Wii so that leaves me the choices of PS3 or Xbox360. I really want to play Halo3 so I might pick up the Xbox360. My bro will most likely get the PS3, but I can't play it, because he will be 2 hours away. Hah.

I'm really kind of shocked by the results, I'd have expected the results to be skewed much more in PS3's favor here.

I think the poll is faulty. Someone must have rigged it or linked to this poll from another forum. There is no way that percentage of people plan only to buy Wii. Given Nintendo's past marketshare and how very few people ONLY bought Gamecube, I find it extremely doubtful. Nintendo makes some great games, but there's much left to be desired.

All three for me, and PC.

Well I think nowadays, graphics are definately not the deciding factor in purchasing a gaming system. Gameplay is the winnar! Wii - FTW!

i'm poor.. DS lite and wii... heh... that and there's nothing on teh 360 for me (i'm not much of a gamer to begin with). I'll deal w/ having forza for xbox only.

and while graphics shouldn't be the deciding factor... don't completely disregard it. The screenshots have looked good.. but I want to see some final hardware (hoping it'll look better still.. heh)

Read the written responses in this thread. Where's the 50% of people that say they're only buying wii. It just doesn't add up.

Going by hard numbers, 360 is selling nearly 300,000/month right now in the United States. For Wii to be as popular as this poll suggests, it would have to break records by a huge factor.
