Clinton. Seriously, no contest. Hookers. Blow. Saxaphone. It would just be pure awesomeness. The only thing better would be William Shatner, and out of the last 3 presidents who do you like Shatner likes the most?

I think they'd both be more fun than your average President, but on balance Clinton would be the better of the two, because he has no incentive to behave especially well. I have no idea where the OP gets the idea that President Obama would be the kind of guy to let you buy all the drinks - he has always struck me as very gracious and I would think he'd be generous about picking up the next round.
