Who would win?
One game only.
Winner of the NCAA tournament vs. NBA's worst team this year (by record)

with NCAA rules, or at least the NCAA travelling rules the NBA's worst would get womped.
How? They would get called for traveling every play and never shoot the ball?
Never throw it into the post? Never throw up threes?
The rules wouldn't matter. NBA players are paid to play basketball. It's their job. It is what they do all year. Only a small percentage of players from the NCAA make it to the pros.

The Hawks and Hornets have 8 players combined that never played college basketball.

while talent wise, the NBA team has the NCAA team beat, I'm not sure in terms of teamwork, this is the case.
Also, the format that these teams play under is highly important to the discussion.
Just recall the defeat of the recent NBA dream team at the olympics to exemplify the effects of bad team work and change of format.

And the others are rookies or former college players who have washed up...
Obinna Ekezie or Sean May...Going to have to go with Sean May...
Tyronne Lue or Raymond Felton....I'll take Raymond Felton
Josh Childress and Josh Smith or Rashad McCants and Marvin Williams....Durr
The Hawks are BAD......
